Description:
Minimum 2 years experience in REAL ESTATE Admin and sales coordinator
Must be equipped with multiple listings
Expert in Off-Plan and Secondary market listing
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Experience should be in the real estate sector
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint )
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable in creating Property Listing on portals & CRM (Prop space CRM / Brokerpad )
Knowledge about Maintaining and managing the company website and all portals(Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut Portals, etc. )
Well Knowledge in Real Estate forms such (as Forms A,B,C,F & U )
Maintaining the company’s social media accounts, marketing & advertising ( using the team )
Updates the listing from each developer all the time ( Price trends location trends, etc.
Documentation, Trakeessi permit numbers
knowledge in developer registration, renewals
All the support to the sales agents according to their needs
Team management & collecting the report and submit to the higher department
