Our Client
Our client is a multinational information technology services and consulting company.
Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business line analysis and general analytical skills across business areas
• Manage the analysis of the design and modelling of existing IT systems and processes relevant to the appropriate products set to assess their strengths and weaknesses for leveraging its quality
• Support Business Analysts in understanding and conveying the business needs and requirements of stakeholders and services users to implement solutions that respond to their IT challenges
• Develop capabilities to undertake benchmarking, gap analysis of solutions with global experience.
• Manage the development & validation of the Business Requirements Document (BRD) with the Business Executive Partners and the Business, to convey the business solution of a relevant IT project initiation or modification
• Participate in effort estimations activities to support program and project planning. Develop and refine estimation models together with Architecture and Development teams
• Align requirements management as per SDLC models – Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid.

Your Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with a minimum of 3 years in positions of managerial responsibilities
• Previous experience working with Banking or Financial IT systems and has defined and driven Business Analysis units
• Previous experience in customer relationship management
• Experience working in an Agile methodology and exposure to SCRUM process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology or any related field
• ITIL Certification is mandatory
• Project Management Certification is preferred (PMP)
• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP / CCBA
