Our Client:
Our client is a multinational real estate development company located in the United Arab Emirates and are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join their team.
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners. This role will require working closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to plan and execute channel marketing programs that align with the company’s overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement channel marketing plans that support revenue goals and objectives.
. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new partnerships and develop strategies to leverage existing partnerships.
. Create and manage the execution of partner marketing programs such as joint webinars, email campaigns, and events.
. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing programs and campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization.
. Develop and execute training programs to educate channel partners on our product offerings, sales enablement tools, and marketing best practices.
. Work closely with the product team to understand product updates, releases, and roadmap to ensure that channel partners are up-to-date with our latest offerings.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to develop relevant and effective marketing programs.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
. Fluent English
. 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
. Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with channel partners, sales teams, and other cross-functional teams.
. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
