The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining, exceptional culinary creativity, and a passion for delivering exquisite dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and present authentic Italian and Continental dishes to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the Royal Family.
– Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in accordance with Royal protocols and regulations.
– Showcase culinary creativity and flair in menu creation, incorporating seasonal ingredients and global culinary trends.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar role in upscale restaurants, hotels, or private estates, specializing in Italian and Continental cuisine.
– In-depth knowledge of Italian and Continental culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
– Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards.
– Demonstrate creativity and innovation in menu development, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
