Hiring Last Mile Delivery Team Leader
Manage the Last Mile Delivery operation across multiple location
Lead the inhouse fleet and manage 3PL
Manage the live operations and take timely decisions for best use of resources.
Ensure the delivery SLA and lead times are being met
Qualification:
Experience using last mile delivery systems
Experience working with OnDemand or QCommerce models
Experience managing large number of driver
Strong leadership and decision-making skill
Able to take timely decisions and deal with challenges in a fast-paced environment
