Description:
Hiring Administrative Assistant
Language Required :Malayalam/Hindi speaker
Criteria: Candidate ,Should have experience from Brokerage firms
UAE experience is mandatory
Drafting and Creating Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I and other property related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible.
Build good working relationship among Brokers and Clients and Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary.
Managing a client database and preparing reports.
Prepares Invoices and Receipts for deals closed.
Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Visiting Trustee office to handle important issues.
