About the Position
Focused on incubating, managing and scaling the platform, we are looking for a driven Affiliate Marketing cum Procurement Manager to become part of the Glimpse Team. Focused on achieving ambitious goals while having fun, you will be part of a flat yet driven and dynamic entrepreneurial organization.
We are looking for someone with strong sales skills coupled with the ability to develop relationships with our customers – all the while being agile and driven with the ever- changing environment of a start-up.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Management, you will have the following responsibilities:
Defining the barter partnerships and affiliates strategy to drive sales and revenue
Managing existing relationships with key partners and affiliates as well as drive new
opportunities and partnerships
Devise strategies to onboard partners and affiliates with relevant networks that will
increase sales revenue and in turn stock as per agreed KPIs
You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on the
jewellery industry, product range, features and benefits, market trends, competitor
analysis, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Responsible for all ads, collaterals and marketing mailer dispatches
Manage execution of internal and external collateral material, working with
investors to deliver quality and cost efficient material throughout the year (i.e.
negotiate rates, approvals on LPO’s etc.)
Manage affiliates and track delivery as well optimization to meet targets
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each
partnership
Coordinate with the content team for timely content
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Independently carrying out day to day optimization & maximization
Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis,
checking data to ensure accuracy at every stage
Continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and
impact on campaign goals & KPIs
Qualifications
Experienced in barter partnerships and affiliate marketing
Proven success in previous roles
Proactive, an excellent communicator and driven to exceed targets
Existing network of contacts with influencers/social media personalities (particularly
in fashion/beauty)
Organization & multi-tasking skills
Commercial and analytical
