Job Description
On behalf of the fastest growing retail company in the Middle East, we are seeking a Store Manager for their Riyadh operations.You will plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store, providing the best customer experience in the market, lead the showroom sales to achieve its targets, maintain high store standards and conditions and build a positive environment, ensure customer needs are met, failure in services is resolved and service is quick and efficient.Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability, ensure having the best caliber staff in the showroom, with the direct responsibility of inventory controls and results.Ensure that assigned sales targets are achieved within the set timelines.Monitor the sales activities on the shop floor and ensure that the quality standards are followed.Ensures the preparation process of Customer quotations and follow-up until conversion to sales contracts by the responsible team members. Ensure that discounts and promotions policies are complied with.Manage and ensure that the whole Opex figures are within the given targets and saving initiatives are the top priorities.Ensure all the needed POs are on time and within budget.Ensure that the inventory calendar is being adhered to and the shrinkages controls are being followed and implemented.Prepare regular reports when needed.Ensure that customers are served efficiently and timely to maximize customer satisfaction, and meet customer expectations.Ensure that all failed service tickets are being solved and registered through the right channels.Oversee the implementation of Planograms on the shop floor.Ensure that there are Zero errors within the product merchandising.Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met, and the showroom environment is clean. Tour the sales floor regularly, identify the needs and resolve urgent issues. Staff management.Review appraisals and evaluate the performance of the team.Review and monitor the daily rosters of the showroom staff.Conduct training sessions when needed, and handle staffing issues.Working on building second and third line of qualified staff for future expansions. Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and adopting changes within.
