Job description:• Manage professional and personal scheduling and administrative requirements for MD, including agendas, travel arrangements and client management• Manage, coordinate, and arrange company travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination• Perform MD personal, administrative and office support as required.• To provide support with AML and VAT processes as per the instructions received by the Managing Director• To provide support with general administrative and office management matters as per the instructions received by the MD.• Should have a good knowledge on advances excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP etc).• Must conduct a thorough follow up on all the activities• Handle documentations for customs clearance operations .• Checking the ETA of the shipment and Follow up with shipping line and send the supporting documents to shipping line to get the Delivery Orders.• Responsible of preparing the shipment expenses and provide the report to the respective person.Send the Consignment schedule• Work on the samples whenever needed and make sure no samples are left over or pending• Maintain proactive inter-departmental coordination, in order to process the shipments on time.• Proper co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Transporters, customs, and Customers for timely collection and dispatch of shipments• Ensure that all relevant systems are used correctly for all jobs / shipments, all jobs are invoiced and closed within the specified time frameRequirements• Master’s degree in Management or Finance is compulsory• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills• Self-motivated and enthusiastic• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Able to respond effectively to changing priorities• Good organizational skills used in planning own work• Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision• Good level of competence with Microsoft Office software.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAll Benefits as per the lawSalary: To be discussed
