Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
. Provides expert advice on reward governance and remuneration regulation matters and manages the design and execution of relevant policies and procedures .
. Reviews and provides advice and support on design and execution of proposed fixed and variable compensation for all countries to ensure compliance with local regulations.
. Supports the Head of Rewards in creation of Group Reward strategies ideation, design and execution
. Responsible for Reward policies and procedures are clearly defined with appropriate controls, approval levels and governance procedures which are fit for purpose.
. Monitors all local and international regulations, pertaining to compensation as well as data protection / data privacy and maintains database of these regulations.
. Manage all reward related analytics, including data consolidation and preparation, data cleaning, model development and insights generation.
. Partners with Head of Rewards to manage the Rewards Dashboard.
. Examines data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
. Monitors data management procedures and compliance within all areas of rewards.
. Monitors and ensures adhereance to al Bank specific giovernance framework for all Rewards and Rewards related activities.
. Maintaining minutes of various committee meetings as appropriate and ensuring actions and deliverables as per agreed action plans.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
. Creation of design documents for Rewards strategy with plans for execution
. Monitors data management procedures and ensures compliance within all areas of rewards related .
. Identifies, recommendsand tracks reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
. Prepares reports of data results with clear and concise visualizations, identifies key trends and insights, and explains findings to senior leadership.
. Performs audits and determines whether Group Rewards team needs to alter any procedures to comply with the regulations.
. Monitors all local and international regulations, pertaining to compensation as well as data protection / data privacy and maintains database of these regulations.
. Regularly reviews existing frameworks and ensures compliance with the most recent regulations and internal frameworks.
. Manages RCSA processes for Rewards and reviews key risk indicators as per the RCSA framework.
. Prepares Business Continuity Analysis (BCA) documentation for Rewards.
