The ideal candidate must be a Yoruba Speaking Nigerian Nationality and will be responsible for speaking with clients over the phone everyday and will be closing sales deals over the phone as well as maintaining good customer relationships.As an effective Customer Service Administrator, you must be an excellent communicator with very good spoken English and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable in presenting products or services over the phone as well as be very confident in dealing with complaints and doubts.
