We are seeking for a Female Spa Attendant to join Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay team.
Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the fitness centers, locker rooms, work out studios, spa treatments rooms and reception desks.
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to the established Grooming Standards Policy.
Report to shift on time. Aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Supervisor or Duty Manager in adequate time and according to policy.
Be fully familiar with Hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures
Responsible for maintaining the day to day cleanliness of the entire Spa & Fitness, in particular the changing rooms, swimming pool, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, heat experiences and outside areas. These should be kept neat and tidy and in a sanitary manner in accordance the Spa standards.
Greet guests in all areas of the Spa and take a proactive approach to their welfare and needs.
Act as a link between the receptionist and therapist to ensure that guests get where they need to go.
Ensure that lockers are well stocked with clean linen at all times and to remove soiled linen from changing rooms, swimming pool, heat experiences and relaxation areas.
Follow a set opening and closing procedure for the Spa and to ensure that all maintenance issues are reported via the handover book to the Operations Manager.
Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are strictly adhered to so as not to create risk for yourself other staff members or guests. To take part in regular fire training and be aware of policies relating to guests who may be in a state of undress at the time of an alarm.
Make regular checks of all public and back of house areas.
Test the pool water at regular intervals and record temperature results.
Set up amenities and ensure replenishment
Pick up and deliver guests/members complimentary sports laundry and paid laundry.
Attend to guests in the relaxation rooms, waiting areas and pool areas.
Attend all training as required.
Make good use of the handover book at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure continuity in service and info relating to maintenance issues.
Liaise closely with the Spa receptionist for updates on any particular guests needs as the day progresses.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
