Job Discription
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in a “ladies only studio” . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in personal training and group classes a deep understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness programming. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, guiding clients in achieving their health and fitness goals, and promoting a safe and positive training environment.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Client Engagement and Consultation: Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their fitness goals, medical history, and limitations. Design customized training programs tailored to individual needs and objectives.
2. Fitness Instruction: Deliver effective and engaging one-on-one and group training sessions. Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
3. Progress Tracking: Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust training plans accordingly. Keep accurate records of clients’ achievements and setbacks.
4. Nutritional Guidance: Provide basic nutritional guidance and recommendations to support clients’ fitness journeys. Collaborate with nutritionists or dietitians as needed.
5. Motivation and Support: Inspire and motivate clients to maintain consistent workout routines. Provide emotional support and encouragement to keep clients on track with their goals.
6. Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all fitness equipment and training areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Personal Trainer from a reputable certifying body
A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Personal Trainer.
Experience in functional training group classes.
English or Arabic Speaker
Strong understanding of exercise
physiology, nutrition principles, and fitness programming.
Proficiency in creating personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals.
Excellent communication skills
to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in program design and progress tracking.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise or Sport Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
