Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• Graduation
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, polite, team player)
• Quick learner
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients/individuals and make sure they have been appropriately assisted
• Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal information.

• possess problem solving skills
• making an appointments base on the patients request and availability of the Doctors schedules.
• Transferring patients to the correct department and making sure to note down properly all necessary information/inquiries
