Our esteemed top-tier law firm client in Dubai is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Corporate Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.
Position: Bilingual Corporate Legal Secretary
Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in reputable law firms in the UAE
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal terminology
Expertise in legal document preparation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and legal software applications
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the corporate legal team
Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Manage and organize legal files and documents
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in legal research and prepare relevant reports
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is preferred
Proven track record in providing legal secretarial support in a corporate law firm environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
