You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatt’s Strategies and Brand Standards, whilst meeting colleagues, guests, owners, vendors, suppliers and community members expecatations.
The Demi Chef De Partie or Chef De Partie Garde Manger (Cold Kitchen) will be in charge to prepare the cold salads, mezza and ensure daily production and cleaning of the cold kitchen is done. To report to the Sous Chef, Executive Sous and Executive Chef for daily work matters.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie.
Ideal candidate if available with transferable IQAMA in Saudi Arabia.
Previous Hotel Experience is a must.
Able to work with teams and flexible working hours.
Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good communication skills in English is a must, Arabic will be a plus.
