PART TIME ONLY – TELEMARKETER & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Reporting to: General Manager, Corporate OHS
Duration: Permanent position
Start date: ASAP
Base location: Springs, Dubai with some working from home flexibility (must have own car to be able to travel comfortably to base location)
Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day. 9am – 2pm
Sponsorship and healthcare are not offered but Labour card will be in place for the duration
Salary: 5k AED pcm plus commission structure and telephone allowance
Gratuity and Paid Holiday: As per Labour Law
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BILLINGUAL ENGLISH/ARABIC SPEAKER MANDATORY
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing
Strong record of success in telemarketing
Some experience also in Admin work preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Full proficiency in MS Office suite of applications

Active, enthusiastic, quick learner are essential qualities
Should be able to take initiative and work independently

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for introducing our high quality health and safety consultancy, outsourcing and training solutions to potential clients
Calling a database of potential clients, gathering information, introducing the company always Maintaining the database with update information as regards potential clients
Emailing information to potential clients
Making appointments for a salesperson to visit the client
Executing adhoc tasks related to administration occasionally, as and when required
Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
