Description:
Required HR Officer who can join immediately.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver the entire spectrum of HR Employee Lifecycle activities
Manage Onboarding, Issuing offer letters, Leave Management, Exit Interview process, etc
Manage corporate communications and employee relations issues within the business.
Conduct regular HR Audits to ensure Compliance to HR Policies/processes & Labor laws
Generate HR Analytics reports.
Manage Medical Insurance for all staff and workers.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Qualifications
Graduate in related discipline.
4-6 years experience in UAE
Excellent Communication Skills
Computer Skills is must
Should be excellent in Excel and in preparing reports.
