Hiring Secretary Female
Location – Dubai
Education – Bachelor’s Degree
Experience – 1-2yrs as a secretary in UAE
Preference – Malayali candidate available in Dubai( as per client requirements)
Salary : Negotiable
Job Responsibilities:
·Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing, collating reports & filing.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing databases.
Arranging meeting rooms, coordinating with the stake holders.
Skills: Proficiency in English
Computer Skills: MS-Office, Email & Social Media.
