ConcordStars hiring for HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Manage the talent acquisition process, encompassing recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidate/s.
Collaborate with departmental managers to comprehend required skills and competencies for open positions.
Compensation and Benefit Analysis
Analyze compensation and benefits as per UAE Law.
Engage in discussions with management to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Compliance Oversight
Maintain compliance with UAE employment laws and regulations.
review and update policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Knowledge Management
Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management and employment law.
Support and Guidance
Provide support and guidance to management and staff in complex, specialized and sensitive HR-related questions and/or issues.
General HR Duties
Manage human resources for other subsidiaries and sister companies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing CVs, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff’s business trips.
Other Responsibilities
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effectively conveys information and ideas.
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Demonstrates adept negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Displays excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Manages multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Applies critical thinking to address complex HR issues.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on organizational needs.
Knows when to delegate tasks for optimal efficiency.
Acts with integrity and maintains a high level of professionalism.
Handles confidential information with discretion.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Ensures compliance with UAE law.
Proficient in using MS Office or related software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration or related field required.
A minimum of 3 years of human resource experience preferred.
