The University of Doha for Science and Technology is inviting nominations and applications for the position of a Temporary HC Assistant in the Human Capital Directorate. Reporting to the People Management Business Partner, the HC Assistant must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Human Capital Directorate in fully implementing the university?s mission and vision.University of Doha for Science and Technology Profile:University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) (Formerly known as College of the North Atlantic ? Our faculty are committed to developing the students? skills and help raise well-equipped graduates that are proudly contributing to a knowledge-based economy and making the Qatar National Vision 2030 a reality.Duties & Responsibilities: This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will provide administrative support and perform document management duties for the Human Capital Directorate, including recording, photocopying, scanning, filing and logging documents.The successful incumbent will maintain electronic and physical documents in a professional manner, in accordance with the filing system of the Human Capital Directorate. S/he will also perform audits of documents to ensure that employee records are complete and updated, cross-check employee records on SharePoint, to ensure that all physical documents are updated electronically and ensure consistency in the naming convention and filing system of all employee records.The successful incumbent of this position will prepare presentations, reports, analysis and other documents as required by the line manager. S/he will also perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
