We are excited to announce the opening of a new luxury coffee brand in Qatar, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced F&B and Retail Associates to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a background in the food and beverage or retail industry, and a love for all things coffee, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders and prepare beverages to the highest quality standards
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
Maintain inventory and replenish supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere
Uphold brand values and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred
Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
