As an Office Lady, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and assisting with serving refreshments to clients and guests.

Role and Responsibilities:
As an Office Lady at Cera Properties, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Greeting visitors, clients, and guests, providing them with a warm welcome, and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Assisting with serving refreshments, such as coffee, tea, water, and snacks, to clients and guests.
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that inventory is well-stocked, including refreshments and pantry items.
Coordinating office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments.
Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, doent preparation, and filing.
Organizing and maintaining office records and files.
Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant doents.
Supporting the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Candidate Requirement
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer service-oriented approach.
