Job Description and Requirements
The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit for a short-term assignment a Conference Coordinator to help and support in the design, implementation and organization of HCAC’s 7th Healthcare Quality and Patient Safetyconference. The main functions include:
Liaison with the vendor and oversee the implementation of their tasks and monitor their deliverables.
Develop and implement the action plan with specific timelines and deliverables.
Develop and implement the communication and media plan.
Manage the scientific committee, ensure implementation of decisions and continuous updating.
Liaison with speakers from solicitation till closing.
Recruit participants and monitor registration.
Manage all social media platform requirements and visibility with the relevant person within HCAC.
The applicant’s qualifications must include:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferably with experience in event organization.
Excellent communication and organization skills
Good hold of social media and virtual systems
