Job description:
Documentation, Filing and keeping Employee Data up to date.
Assist Recruitment Officer in recruitment process.
Assist HR Department in documentations like salary certificates, bank coordination, internal memos etc.
Assist HR Department in performance appraisal cycle.
Implement the entire leave approval process.
Maintain and download the biometric attendance data of all departments.
Calculate staff monthly overtime and submit the same for approval for payroll.
Manage the entire payroll process.
Ensuring full cooperation within the organization.
Candidates with minimum 2 years of impressive experience in the similar industry and HR background are given priority.
