Supervise the e-Commerce Department and its accounts on various digital marketing channels.Lead a continuous improvement mindset, looking for and implementing fresh ideas to improve the customer experience.Meet customer requests by recommending changes to products or services.Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion.Analyze and provide insights around site traffic and other key eCommerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards, and relevant business tools.Partners with Marketing team in the development of media-based campaign strategies (brand challenge, market context, etc.) ?Collaborates with other functional teams (internal and external) to deploy digital programs across channels and platforms to optimize business outcomes and successfully achieve strategy.Identifies and implements new technology with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effectiveness of e-commerce and ROI.Oversees the performance of e-commerce Dept. and its related channels, set benchmarks & report on opportunities and insights weekly.
