We offer a wide range of business support services and aim to help companies seamlessly set up and operate in different countries in the Middle East.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Assistant, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and emails, arranging appointments and meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing other clerical duties as needed. The Admin Assistant will work closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations of the office.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, with relevant coursework or certification in office administration or related fieldPrior experience in a similar administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to multitask, work well under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
