Description:
We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR Administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Qualifications
Excellent in organization skills
Familiar with HR related software
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Has leadership skills
Must hold a degree related to HR, Psychology
Has UAE Construction-Industry experience
Familiar with the MOHRE Policies & Laws
Able to work autonomously, has a calm personality under work pressure.
