Description:
We are looking for a qualified Administrative Officer who wants to be part of our growing company. As we, Bayt 88 Real Estate LLC, expand our team, we are welcoming competitive candidates who are experienced in Dubai Real Estate Market.
Responsibilities:
Basic photo editing for marketing
Social media platform management
Basic accounts
Maintaining monthly expense and income sheets
Assistance dealing with the accountant
Provide day-to-day operational support to the property agents assigned
Creating necessary contracts and agreements
Creating advertisements for CRM and marketing portals
Listings & verifications updates
Answer client inquiries and convey the message classifies marketing advertisement
Enters data into a computer, prepares reports, general documents & correspondence, and routes documents for approval and signature
Files and maintains departmental records
Orders office supplies as needed
Maintain databases, and prepare reports and spreadsheets for and as per managers’ request
Assisting agent’s for listings and deals
Handling portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle
Duties may include, but are not restricted to opening and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, copying, scanning, faxing, and/or filing, writing, typing, or entering information into a computer, preparing, issuing, and sending out a variety of correspondence.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as Administrative Officer in Dubai brokerage Real Estate Companies
Must be organized with a focus on detail and able to function well in a multi-task environment
Excellent computer skills are essential and basic knowledge on excel
Good communication skills
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Exhibit a professional and positive attitude as a team player
