JOB PURPOSETo lead Talent Acquisition & Organization Effectiveness and Development (OED) interventions that are aiming to improve Organization efficiencies & effectiveness and To ensure HR operations are BEST optimized enabling company?s needs of Human Capital in the most efficient and effective way with highest customer satisfactions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES (however not limited to)Organization Effectiveness and Development (OED)Plan and lead short- and long-term planning for OD programs.Lead the implementation of all OD related projectsActively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risksDesign and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improvesDesign succession plans for key talents and key job positionsChallenge the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changesAct as the member of the HR Management TeamOn-boarding:Develop a complete on-boarding process.Develop an orientation program for new hires.Steer & coach the team to perform the on-boarding process from A to Z in a professional fashion.Guide & monitor the compliance of the agreed recruitment SLA.Keep the orientation up to date with the recent updates in the Group.Provide solutions that could be used to make the on-boarding processes more efficient.Generate & communicate related reports.Pipelining & Succession Planning:Locate & utilize proper sources that could be utilized for pipelining purposes.Communicate with sourcing companies & keep an active relationship with them.Ensure & manage creating an active pipeline for front office positions in order to limit turnover.Participate in career days & events arranged by educational institutions.Generate & communicate related reports.Talent acquisition:Lead the Talent acquisitions process and define the key talents for the companyUtilize & manage available tools to source & screen talents for mid-level and high-level jobs in the organization.Locate & utilize proper sources that could be utilized for talent acquisition purposes.Provide solutions that could be used to make the talent acquisition processes more efficient.Generate & communicate related reports.Employer Branding:Propose plans & ideas for eternal & external employer branding activities.Utilize & manage related tools to optimize the employer branding activities.Ensure knowledge transfer activities within the team.Monitor staff welfare and facilitate complaint resolution.Setting development plans for team & execute them.Assist in developing strategic plans.Assist in implementing organization strategies.Provide feedback on strategic implementation.Performance Appraisal Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people managementAssist in developing performance appraisal strategy & Ensure efficient communication with all departments.Setting KPIs targeting all employees and cross-functional teams.Lead and manage performance appraisal processes.Optimize and propose tracking & recording tools to serve the purposes of the related KPIs.Optimize and propose automation solutions to serve the purposes of the related KPIs.Generate & communicate related reports.Policies & Procedures:Draft policies & procedures as per the company?s future aspirations & directions.Amend existing policies upon requirement by the company?s future aspirations & directions.Arrange policies & procedures updates? announcements.Keep the portal up to date with the new / amended policies & procedures.Ensure implementation of approved policy and procedures.Employee EngagementDevelop plans, generate idea and ensure effective implementation of employee events and engagement plansLead and manage corporate communication activitiesLead & Implement surveysTrain employees on HR issues and practices. Present course materials.OthersWork to lead different HR related projects as assigned by head of HR department such as SAP Success Factors , SAP core team Management, Office redesign, employee access and movementKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE4 to 6 years of proven HR and Organization Development experience in MNC environment.Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Leadership skills and ability lead teams.Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills.EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, Other SkillsBS degree in HR, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related FieldHR professional certification (SHRM, CIPD)Fluent in English Language.
