As an AMO Mechanical Technician, you will ensure safe and reliable AMO is delivered to the global AMO organization. This will be done in a cost effective and effective manner without harm to people or the environment. This role focuses specifically on Completions & Wellbore Intervention within the Oilfield Services portfolio of Baker Hughes .
As an AMO Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:
.Participating in HSE programs as assigned and keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
.Ensuring maintenance activities are completed in efficient time and are uploaded to the maintenance platform.
.Communicating quality and safety observations to team leader and supervisors, and cooperating to check if 3rd party repair is required.
.Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on CWI equipment.
.Testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspection on mechanical assemblies.
.Ensuring all work orders are completed with documentation in associated systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
.Have a technical diploma in a mechanical related field.
.Have at least 2 years maintenance related experience in mechanical functions.
.Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
.Have the analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.
.Be proficient in reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, parts lists and following formal procedures.Work in a way that works for you
