Group HR ManagerJob Location : DubaiResponsibilities:?Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company?s overall objectives.?Onboard new employees, conduct orientation programs, assist with paperwork as well as oversee the off boarding process. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.?Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important in addressing HR issues.?Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management.?Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations, in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.?Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.?Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.?Monitor and evaluate employee performance through regular performance reviews and appraisals, providing constructive feedback.?Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Bahrain, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment and labor practices.?Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.?Maintain effective communication channels across the organization.?Managing company properties (offices and warehouses) in cooperation with local authorities and landlords.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master?s degree is a plus.?Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably within the technical rental or related industries.?Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is essential.?Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.?Ability to maintain confidentiality.?Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.?Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are highly desirable.
