Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul Remanufacturing Support Service SpecialistWould you like the opportunity to work for the overall maintenance and repair toolsDo you enjoy assembling electrical componentsJoin our assembly teamOur Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.Partner with the bestAs an AMO REMAN Support Service Specialist, you will support AMO Drilling Services with the day-to-day running of the business by assisting with REMAN activities which is a core Business process function in AMO workflow.As an AMO REMAN Support Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:Creating and processing various types of WOs.Review & create YM01 WOs against previous or forward jobs based on the information after analyzing the accuracy of the data.Review & create YM03 or YMR1 WOs based on the structure and ensure it is correct from the beginning and process the same.Perform all ZAMO activities for the WOs based on CBOM validation.Creation of Monthly Misc. WO for booking consumables & yearly misc. WO for labor hour bookings.Creating & Analyzing AMO data.Create & execute various reports based on timelines as per defined schedule for various AMO data analysis & is as listed below.Create Dormant report and provide strategic analysis by continuous follow up on daily basis for executing required actions from the AMO Supervisors/Technicians.Create SAP labor hour booked on WO report twice a week and follow up of ensuring data accuracy of the hours booked by technicians on WOs. Escalate the issues to supervisors for timely & accurate booking of labor hours.Managing 6000 list and take appropriate actions to improve accuracy of Asset utilization. If any action is required from AMO technicians to be followed and ensure WO is Stock Returned to 0001 or escalate if the timeline of execution is not met.Create & analyze weekly planning sheet for tracking WOs in each bucket starting from WO 12 days until open WOs provide strategy of maintaining the WOs and Estimated Readiness Date (ERD) for managing the AMO cost accruals and Days in Repair % (DIR).Create & analyze report showing status of DIR providing enough information for Region PMO to take required action for meeting the yearly target.Execute weekly Power Bi report for tools under FI for monitoring the WOs and track for improving DIR% by sharing to Supervisors/Production Leads.Create, Analyze & Execute scrap report and review the same with PMO for further actions if required any.Monthly review of ICR WOs and update the tracker with ERD by reaching out to shipped location.Create & Analyze Shop Throughput, Labor utilization data for region PMO to develop further improvement strategies to meet the targets.AMO Cost reports & analysis.Weekly review of ZCRS Monthly Order Total (MOT) to review WOs on System average/estimated by creating RCE report and ensure accuracy of WOs are maintained based on current Level of Maintenance (LOM). This should also cover fixed cost not covered data & follow up.Weekly review of ZCRS MOT to review WOs with transactional error.Monthly reviewing ZCRS MOT for identifying candidates qualifying for recapitalization process.Monitoring & tracking AFEs/CIOs for all recapitalization candidate WOs & follow up with AMO finance for reclass.Review Workshop financials with AMO finance and ensure data accuracy is maintained & to be stored in diligently in Share Point for trend analysis.Review of monthly misc. WOs created for consumables and ensure closing/opening is done timely.Communicate on monthly basis WO creatin cut off period and ensure same is followed as this might affect the MOT accrual process.Monthly review of TECO WOs & communicate with AMO finance for ICER rebilling process and once approved execute WOs in SAP for financial closing.Development PlansIdentify gaps in AMO process and submit a project of improvement with support of global REMAN group if required. All training will be reviewed & provided if it is required for the project.Learning new system & data analysis applications based on the availability in learning system.Gaining in depth SAP transaction and improving the same at region level.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Diploma associate from an accredited college or High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Services.Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil field Services.SAP experience is required.Have Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Have the ability to work independently and display problem solving skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
