Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in management or leadership are a plus.
Proven experience in multi-store retail management or a similar role, preferably in the UAE or the region.
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Ability to interpret sales and performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned area and occasionally outside the area as needed.
