Your Day-To-Day:
· Responsible in receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
· Receives checks and processes all payments and refund transactions from the guests.
· Operates the cash register and ensures that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.
· Welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing advice or recommendations.
What We Need From You:
· High school diploma coupled with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role
· Customer service or cashier experience
· Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
· High level of energy with strong customer service skills
· Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills
· Proficiency in using computers, calculator and other machines required for transactions
· Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays and weekends
Ability to stand, walk, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
· Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority cultur
