POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, the incumbent plays a crucial role in overseeing the training and administrative functions within Amideast’s employability and workforce development programs throughout Jordan. This multifaceted role encompasses project management, donor-funded initiatives, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in assisting Jordanian, refugee youth, women, and marginalized populations in achieving fair and meaningful employment opportunities.
The Programs Coordinator also contributes to program conceptualization and enhancement, maintains donor relations, coordinates trainers and technical experts, manages reporting processes, and develops monitoring and evaluation tools. Additionally, they are responsible for handling logistical and administrative responsibilities that are integral to achieving departmental objectives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis).
Up to 20% business travel may be needed to support Amideast Programs as needed.
