POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, the incumbent helps in managing the training and administrative operations of Amideast’s Training, innovation and community development programs across Jordan. This includes supervising departmental projects funded by donors as well as on-demand skills training programs requested by companies and organizations. The Senior Officer also oversees Amideast’s courses in PMD, FMD, and PgMD as well as assists in the development of new public course concepts. S/He is also responsible for handling logistical and administrative tasks leading to the success of the implementation of the departmental goals.

The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis).
Up to 10% business travel may be needed to support the department as needed.
