– Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager. E.g.: Delivering the goods/ receiving the deliveries, following up with suppliers on deliveries etc.-Handling any important deliveries as required.-Sourcing goods worldwide-Looking for the local suppliers for the required items.-Purchasing the required goods from the local suppliers and deliver it to our stocks.- Managing data base and filing system.- Typing, compiling, preparing reports and filing expenses- Reminding manager for important tasks and deadlines- Handling incoming calls and other communication- Recording information as needed- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing- Resolve office related malfunctions- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established properties- Monitor level of supplies- Regular check on inventories
