What we’re Looking For:
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Present and promote properties to potential buyers or renters.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market trends and property values.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and achieve team targets.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience is mandatory.
Possess a valid driver’s license
Certified Broker preferred
Multilingual is a plus
