Job Description
A Recruitment officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. They play a critical role in ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent to meet its staffing needs. The recruitment officer will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. They will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making job offers.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategiesSource potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networksScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersAssist in the creation and posting of job adsManage the recruitment database and maintain accurate candidate recordsProvide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positionsConduct reference checks and background screeningsPrepare and send job offers to selected candidatesParticipate in job fairs and other recruitment eventsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitmentHandling Onboarding for Local & Overseers candidatesPreferred Candidate:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related fieldProven experience as a recruitment officer or similar roleKnowledge of various recruitment tools and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of labor laws and regulations
