To supervise employees training needs assessment by conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for leaders & critical positions, handling all internal training programs, and supervising the day-to-day activities of assigned trainers. Supervise the creation and implementation of succession plans. In addition to evaluate the effectiveness of each training initiative based on defined performance metrics and providing reports and feedback as well as maintaining a database of all training records.
