Description:
Join our team as a Property Consultant/Community Specialist.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling properties of designated communities in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as developers, lawyers, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Prepare and present sales proposals
Stay updated on the real estate market and property values in Dubai.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Skills:
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license
