Advanced Aluminum Systems LLC is looking for an additional highly creative and detail-oriented Office Administrator to add to our growing team in Dubai. The applicant will collaborate professionally in a team environment with our Commercial Department in Dubai
Roles & responsibilities
Minimum of 2 Years of experience in a similar role
Greet and welcome all visitors
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Enter data into our software and maintain client files
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, VFS systems and e-travelling
Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking Basic technical assistance
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the staff
Manage requests made by other departments and branch offices and keep a tab of the same
Manage the attendance ledger
Available for immediate joining.
Should be able to converse fluently in French.
