Description:
Hiring Handover Executive Property Developer
We are currently seeking to recruit a Handover Executive on behalf of one of Dubai’s preeminent Property Developer.
Requirement:
Handle customer complaints and queries, conduct research, and provide status updates.
Prepare exception forms and collect evidence to support exceptions.
Prepare daily handover lists and ensure apartments are clean for appointments.
Explain community rules and move-in procedures, and update customers on service registration.
Review customer documents, update visit sheets, and notify the manager of complaints.
Minimum 1-year of customer care experience required.
Must be presentable, proactive, and a quick learner.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must, additional foreign language will be an advantage.
Holds UAE – Driving license.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is necessary.
