Hiring Personal Assistant to CEO – Mandarin/English Bilingual
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin and English, and have experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed
Assist with personal tasks, such as managing household staff and running errands
Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and long hours as needed
