The requested office administrator requires to provide services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing office payroll, controlling correspondence, answering the phones, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. This job requires the following duties:
1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
2. Organize files, scheduling meetings and managing calendars
3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
4. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
5. Support office budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
6. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
7. Prepare services such as ordering food and preparing drinks (tea, coffee, etc.) for the upper management.
8. Ensure that office is clean and organized
9. Welcome guests and guide clients
Required skills and experience
1. 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
2. English language proficiency
3. Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
5. Kind and resprectful behaviour
6. Able to prepare and serve simple office catering (tea, coffee, etc.)
7. MS office skills
8. Basic office organizing and cleaning abilities
The amployee is required to have active UAE visa not related to their current job
Estimated salary: 2,500 – 3,500 AED
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
