A Business Consultant Company within Al Mankhool, Bur Dubai currently needs to employ some smart, confident and very intelligent Customer Service Administrators who will be actively engaging in Telemarketing and following up on the leads generated by the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with clients over the phone everyday and will be closing sales deals over the phone as well as maintaining good customer relationships.As an effective Customer Service Administrator, you must be an excellent communicator with very good spoken English and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable in presenting products or services over the phone as well as be very confident in dealing with complaints and doubts. Contact potential or existing customers over the phone, by WhatsApp and by email to respond to their inquiries about company formations and other range of corporate services activities.2. Answer questions about the companies services.3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales4. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.5. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation6. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information8. Ensure productivity is maintained by meeting call and revenue targets.Requirements1. Proven experience as an outstanding Customer Service Administrator2. Bachelor’s degree in any field.3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Ability to speak any other language would be an added advantage.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
