Position holder will collaborate with CEO, functional heads, and corporate office HR and must be well versed with:
Industrial Relations
Workforce Planning
Talent Acquisition

Performance Management System Viz. Balanced Scorecard/ KPI
Total Rewards
Employee Engagement
Learning and Development
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Change Management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Candidate must have minimum 10 years’ experience across HR functions in manufacturing industry, with at least 4 years’ managerial experience in factory environment having global presence.
Tech savvy, hands-on ERP experienced candidates preferred.
MBA with HR specialization, or master’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Social Sciences or equivalent.
