Responsibilities
· Implementing the procedures for managing and organizing mail and incoming and outgoing official letters and transferring them to the concerned authorities, whether inside or outside the organization, in accordance with the approved regulations. · Recording and coding the documents, documents and files transferred to the archive and arranging them according to the system adopted within the archive in a manner that guarantees their safety and not being damaged. · Implementing the procedures for providing all the Corporation’s departments with the documents and documents required from the archive in accordance with the regulations in force within the Foundation. · Contribute to printing the necessary official books in both Arabic and English in coordination with the office’s supervisor, archive, agencies and relevant departments. · Carrying out the work related to storing documents and records to ensure that they are organized and classified according to the regulations and procedures approved in the institution. · Contribute to the archiving of contracts and official books of employees and organize the files of the institution’s employees · Keeping documents, records, files, and reports related to the job and updating them continuously · Commitment to the implementation of the regulations, procedures, and guidelines adopted during work · Carry out any tasks or responsibilities mandated by the line manager and within the scope of work Self-Management: • Seek to achieve the highest levels of efficiency in all competencies and skills required to perform the role • Determine performance goals at the beginning of the year after discussion with the direct manager and human resources manager and achieve these goals during the year • Determining training and development requirements for the self-approved direct manager to ensure the required training arrangement • Managing, prioritizing, and organizing oneself related to the additional tasks required by the “Jobs Department” to support the organization achieving its business plan • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by the line manager from time Qualifications
