Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, the VP Talent Management role is essential to the growth and development of the business. The purpose of this role will be to support the Head of Talent Management with ensuring the effective set-up and implementation of a number of critical talent and assessment processes and provide essential relationship management to one or more business lines on all talent related practices. The Talent Manager will provide support to the Head of Talent Management through oversight, process design and roll-out of initiatives associated with the Talent Management and assessment strategy Also leading on talent analytics, providing critical data which will support the growth of the organisation in line with the future strategy for FAB.
